GoogleWhat a shambles has to be said the commercial lettings side of things is anyway i had arranged to meet somebody at lowercroft business park and rang to make sure the bloke was there on time and they didn't even know what units were free etc sizes/prices they thought i was somebody else what a complete balls up and couldn't care less either by the sound of it not happy 1 hour wasted i will now deal direct with the owners 3 grand cash waiting to put down ready to go in straight away between 2 of us.
Hi Richard very sorry for your inconvenience, we advertise these particular properties on behalf of the landlord who then deals directly with them, you dealt with the landlord direct which is why our office had no record of your appointment but you were made aware you were dealing with him, we do our best to help all of our clients but we take offence to being sworn at for something that clearly wasn't our fault I wish you well with your plans Julian Ferrier

GoogleI recently moved into my new rental flat, start of February & from my initial viewing of the property to the day I moved - Pearson Ferrier were incredibly helpful & made the whole process stress free & easy. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had, the property application & any other documentation was all online & simple to do. I have moved around many times in the last few years & this was by far the easiest process so far. Not to mention the flat itself is brilliant & already feels like home. I would definitely recommend the company for anyone looking to find a new property! 👍🏼👍🏼

GoogleSam and Lois from the bury office of Pearson ferrier are excellent when it comes to organising tenancy’s for property lets. They find tenants quickly, are extremely flexible to accommodate viewings, guide you through the process providing all the necessary options for stress free rentals and do all the necessary checks on tenants. Either Sam or Lois are available to speak to, or call you back quickly if you leave a message, so you never feel forgotten or ignored. They provide a great service that is personable, friendly and extremely efficient. Would highly recommend

GoogleP&F have been the letting agents for my flat in Ramsbottom for over 10 years. Caroline and the team are very professional and friendly and dealt with problems swiftly and efficiently as they arise. They found very suitable tenants quickly so the flat was never without a tenant for more than a week or two. More recently I sold the flat through Tom & Nyreen. Tom found a buyer within 2 weeks and Nyreen very efficient and diligently dealt with all party's solicitors and complexities of third party lease extension in the mix. Completely unphased and relentless until the sale was over the line. I can't recommend them enough, would use them again in a heart beat! Thanks again, Kim

She was nice, friendly and professional. She constantly kept us up to date, and always explained what will happen next as it was our first time renting.
