GoogleI have used Pearson Ferrier to let my house for 12 years. They have always been reliable, friendly and brilliantly helpful. Caroline and Tom have been outstanding in lettings with on hand advice about anything needed. Julian and Nyreen have been a delight to work with on the sale of the property. Nyreen has looked after the sale through to completion with regular communication and advice. I would highly recommend.

GoogleI don’t think my complex house purchase would have gone through without Nyreen at the Ramsbottom branch. She truly went above and beyond, managing all sides of the sale and dealing with the solicitors, sellers, and even the companies responsible for the ground rent. Her and her teams support and persistence made a very stressful process much easier to navigate. Totally professional agents who clearly understand how stressful buying and selling a home can be. I’m very grateful for all the effort that went into getting the purchase over the line. Highly recommended.
