As a current tenant I deal with the lettings manager Sam on a regular basis. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always professional in her approach. She is always keen to assist me with any queries I have and is 100% reliable. An asset to the company and the members of the public that she deals with ⭐

GoogleGreat estate agent. I rented my property through Pearson and Ferrier and found them to be flexible and always there when I needed them. They were always professional and responded efficiently. I was responsible for maintaining the property but as I live in Cornwall they interacted directly with the tenant which was just what I needed.

During my tenancy with Pearson Ferrier I was charged various extortionate agency fees. I found the fees very excessive in their application, especially compared to other estate agents I've used. All of the fees were for simplistic tasks that don't cost very much. Or that take little effort to complete (e.g. renewing a contract, £50). Since I ended my contract with Pearson Ferrier, agency fees are now rightfully banned under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. This clearly indicates what the charges stood for and that they should not have been in use across the UK. It was unrealistic for the industry to run agency fees with the expectation tenants would accept them without complaint. Agency fees were seemingly created to exploit the housing crisis and those locked out of homeownership, forcing tenants to either pay the excessive charges or not move into a property. In Ireland and Scotland, since similar bans came into effect, tenants can claim a full refund on all agency fee charges. This option isn't available in England. Yet.

They are mentioning about 3 management company before hand I cant prove that no other management company was dealing with me other then these crooks company I was previously dealing directly with the landlord the fact that these people are stating lies are unacceptable they are thieves breaking into people home! ZAC NABI was threating our family when he came to our door when hè took a picture of my Son and discriminate against me!!! I reported this to the Police aswell the harrassment! All these can be backed up as I have crime number. Do not Go with them!! I HAVE been advised by the landlord that she have deceided to get the property managed and sold by a diffrent letting agent as she is aware of PEARSON FERRIER DODGY WORKSTYLE!!! LOOK At THEIR REVIEW SCORES its says enough that I am not the only one complaining even landlords itself complains here on trust pilot or Google and other reviewing sites!! They are trying to cover their wrongdoing by stating lies etc, THE FACT that pearson ferrier are discussing/stating here on trust pilot about a tenant situations such as arrears, etc, and states other lies proves that they indeed discuss tenant situations with other people as they discuss it with a neigbour aswell discuss this with other people!!!! I would believe a proper firm Will know how to handle or reply on a review properly!!!! Wether this is negative or positive!!! PLEASE avoid this crooks company save your money and Go with other letting agents!! I am in process to sue the letting agent for harrassement aswell breach of privacy!!!!!! FUTURE TENANT/LANDLORD if you do not want to see your data/information on the street nor discussed with other people you never give permittion for!!! I Strongly urgue TO AVOID this CROOK FIRM!!!!

Avoid these CROOKS I was a tenant of them! They have harrased me on several occassion in which I reported them to the council! However this never stopped as on the last occassion they broke into my home climbing true my window with a tall ladder and changed the door locks they also let other people come into my home. Also let a male entering my home with a cigarette as showing on CCTV When I found out how they broke into my home I contacted them By phone and spoke to Zaini Miraj Inwhich she told me she is going to ask ZAC NABI about it as she is not aware. She promised to contact me which never happen. I then contacted back a couple of days later and was then told she did not manage to speak to ZAC NABI as hè is now on leave! They avoided me! 2 weeks later I finally got to speak to ZAC NABI when I contacted their phone line and lucky me hè was the one answering! When I told him about him breaking into my home hè denied it and told me write in a complaint email and we Will pick it up from there! However as you know they never replied on my complaint email. Also on a couple of occassion this letting agency has discussed my private circumstances with my old neigbours without my permission. I am advising new future tenants and new future landlords to avoid this letting agent. I have CCTV image to proof this. I can back up everything what I stated in this review. If you need to see the CCTV images only to prevent you for not going with them! Please contact me!
As with any complaint or dispute there are two sides.We have had many issues with this tenancy, not just us but the landlady and subsequently three other management companies.We took over the management, and ever since we have had a number of issues in the way this tenancy has been conducted.The language used during calls to the office has been wholly unacceptable, as is the intimidating nature of calls to the landlord. The property has been abandoned, there are arrears to deal with and as such this matter has been placed in the hands of the court and no doubt this will see an end to this unpleasant situation.

My review relates to the lettings management service at the Bury branch. Through my 9 years as an unintentional landlord I have received excellent service from, in particular, Samantha Fielding. Issues arise, some tricky, in tenancy management, and I have much reason to be grateful for her sorting things out so I can relax some 200 miles away. Thank you Sam.

GoogleIf I Could I would give no stars. DO NOT GO WITH THESE ESTATE AGENTS!!!! They did no repairs on the house, we had to constantly ring up and tell them what needed doing but nothing got done what so ever. There was mould in the front room going up the walls, the fire place in the front room did not work so at winter it was FREEZING, yet they refused to come out to the fire place and get it sorted. They said they would send someone out but they nobody ever turned up. The temperature gauge in the boiler was knackered, we got messed around with the plumber they employed and he never came back with the part for the boiler even though we was told he would be back by the estate agents!!!!! So we had to run the tap upstairs on low so we could get some hot water. They do not take notes of appointments as we was due an inspection waited in all day, 45 minutes later after they should of turned up we ring up to find out nothing was even booked in and nobody was coming. Everything was just falling apart in the house, badly built and was even told there was mould before we moved in but it had been sorted out. Within a few months it was back due to them refusing to fix the fire place that was causing the mould in the front room as it was cold in winter! To top all of this off we saw a RAT in the kitchen when we was cooking a meal, this was the last straw. Rang up to complain to be told it was our problem and that they was not going to do anything about it!!! So we moved out the next day and have never looked back. Also got told the last tenants left on bad terms so I’m assuming the rats were there on the day we moved in and they did nothing about this. Absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated, we will never ever use this company again and advise anyone to stay well clear as they do not care about the clients or the houses they are letting!!! Heartbroke as they was our first home together and has really put us off. They seem to deal with problems asif they are some sort of joke?? You should be disgusted Pearson ferrier

GoogleMy daughter and her partner recently left the UK for a two year contract in Australia. They decided to rent their home in Ramsbottom while away and engaged the services of their local Pearson Ferrier Agency. I speak as I find and I have to say that the service they received from Chris and his team was exemplary. This was a short notice project and Chris managed to find the perfect tenants within the timescales and the whole process was managed very smoothly. Subsequently, we're now two months in, everything is going well. What I particularly like is how responsive Chris is to requests for assistance and how helpful he has been in our first venture into the rental market. Grateful thanks to all involved.

today is 2nd of june, still waiting for Sam from their commercial department to get back to me, to arrange a viewing on a property they have listed; from the 7th of May 2019!!!! i have known this agency since 2011, they never return calls, il left a message on 6th on May for them to call me back, via their website, never answered, and then , arrogantly replied "oh these email just go to a central enquiry box, we never check that email box!""" imagine being a sellor, and this is your agent, suppose to be working for you!!! avoid at all costs
