GoogleExcellence with Professionalism Commissioning Paul Dubberley to sell my property was the best decision I could have made. Every member of the team was available to help and assist, no matter when I called or who I spoke to. I was like dealing with a family. Despite some complications unrelated to Paul Dubberley, they stepped up and went over and above my expectations. This included jumping over a wall to help secure my property - hope the bruises have healed! I would have no hesitation to recommend Paul Dubberley as an estate agent. GooglePaul Dubberly, is simply the best. This is my first time renting a house in the UK. Shamila, was there to help us out. She is absolutely a good listener, her communication and response was extremely good. I give her a 5 stars for her customer services. I never regret using them.

TrustpilotGreat Bridge (Tipton) - Useless
Great Bridge (Tipton) - They were extremely poor customer service for 51/2 months with Nicola very rude. Khalil came and over valued our property to get our business and then constantly wanted to reduce the price. I was completing the viewings even though I requested them to complete on my behalf. So, what was I paying them for? We only had 9 viewings in 6 months and when I rang the office Nicola was informed I was on the phone, when I heard her say “Oh What does he want?” So, we served notice that we were closing the ad as soon as we approached our end of sole agency right, and then when Skye looked after our sale we did have a better service. She was always liaising with me. However, I had lost faith in Paul Dubberley by then. I closed the account and went with Purple Bricks and sold my property in 31 days with a 5 star service from them. So, choose Paul Dubberley at your own risk.

GoogleI was very impressed with the level of care and commitment that was taken in dealing with the mortgage application for my ftb home purchase.. Kevin Thompson worked tirelessly behind the scenes to secure the best rates and ensure the process was smooth with no pitfalls.. Props also to the rest of the team who always responded promptly and were keen to chase up queries to make the process as speedy as possible with no pitfalls.. 5 star as I can't imagine a better service..
