I was initially introduced to Kevin by Shelby after a house viewing and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and support that Kevin and the team provided through the whole process. It was by no means smooth sailing and unfortunately I had initially decided to sell with another estate agent who were less than helpful but thankfully Kevin was always on hand to give advice and support through all of it and managed to save the situation providing alternative solutions. Thank you so much to Kevin Thompson. He has been amazing for the last 10 months. Kevin has had to do multiple amendments on mortgages for us on multiple properties that fell through for various reasons. He also had to do another mortgage for us due to it running out. At no point has he ever made us feel like an inconvenience or nervous to tell him about another thing that went wrong. At every turn he was there to help and advise, we had our doubts when we first walked in due to a bad experience many years ago with a independent mortgage advisor. I'm so glad we went and met with him as he was so professional, knowledgeable and down to earth he put us at ease straight away. I was with Paul Dubberly for 10 months approx. Sorted issues out pretty rapidly tbf, my property manager Sue Taylor was excellent. Very personable and efficient always made sure I knew what was going on, up to date information and she was so lovely to talk to, gave me very friendly vibes!
