I instructed this branch to find a tenant and dealt with both Elisha and Mia. During the whole process I found them both to be very professional, including their knowledge, promptness and communication as I was kept informed of key stages of the progress. They are both friendly and pleasant too. When a potential tenant pulled out towards the end the turnaround for a new tenant was very quick. When it was discovered that the smoke alarms needed to be replaced at the last minute they were able to arrange it without any fuss. I found dealing with them easy and stress free and would therefore highly recommend the lettings department of this branch.
