I was with Paul Dubberly for 10 months approx. Sorted issues out pretty rapidly tbf, my property manager Sue Taylor was excellent. Very personable and efficient always made sure I knew what was going on, up to date information and she was so lovely to talk to, gave me very friendly vibes! Seemed like there was a lack of communication sometimes between the ground staff at the store and others in the organisation but other than that can't fault it really.

The Lettings team at the Bilston office were so helpful in ensuring I move into my new apartment with ease. From my viewings to checking in, they were all friendly and smiling.
