Everyone in the branch was incredibly helpful and supportive. Every time we called, they were always there to help in any way they could, which made the whole process so much easier. I received two phone calls, 01902 920237 on 27 August 2026, the first one at 10:01, the second one at 11:06. They wanted to poach me from leaving the estate agents I am currently with and put my house on the sales market with them. A bit on the impudent side. The man who phoned me the second time, he was different to the first man, then said he would phone me back in 10 minutes, regarding getting a valuation on the house in which I live. He did NOT. He also arranged a phone back the following day, today 28 August 2026 at 2.15 pm in connection with the property that was already for sale. Again nobody phoned me back. This company is absolutely useless, they make empty promises about getting back to customer but NEVER do. Go to another estate agents who will keep their word because this one does NOT. It is their loss as I will NOT be doing business with them now or in the future with regards the sale of my home plus my other rental properties. If I am told someone will phone me back, then that is what I expect. This is a reflection of their appalling, dreadful service. AVOID.

GoogleBig thanks to Todd for helping us rent our first flat. He was very kind and informative and extremely patient with us giving that we had no idea what we were doing! Only issue we had was with whoever wrote our contract (I’m pretty sure this is with a private company that Paul Dubberley uses, not Paul Dubberley themselves) as the contact had to be amended 6 times through them keep spelling our names and the landlord names wrong … But Todd did everything he could to get it sorted the same day. We are very happy in our new little home. We were very surprised how easy it all was. Todd made the process very smooth for us. We went into the branch a couple times to sort everything out and all the other team members were lovely too. Thank you so much, Ana and kiefer
