GoogleCurrently a majority way through the sale and buy process of our house and verythig has been going smoothly (🤞). All thanks to the agents. The house was online very quick and our mortgage advisor yasmin has been very helpful and gave us so many ways to understand and choose the best option for me and my partner. Only reason it havent give a 5 star i did have to ring a couple times to get a message passed on. But everything else has gone well so far and the staff have been very friendly and helpful where they can.

GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Todd Tomkinson for our rental property. From the initial visit to the property being let out, everything went smoothly. Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion. He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.

GoogleI have recently renteda property from Paul Dubberley in West Bromwich. I found the staff professional and friendly. I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

GoogleI have tried calling and emailing your great bridge branch but no one picks up phone and no one ever replied to my several emails I'm in the process of buying a property, my solicitors also tried to call the agents and the company representatives but no response so far. I have been given eviction notice from the landlord as current contract of my rented property is coming to an end. It's very unprofessional that a company like this behave unresponsive and pay no attention to clients' needs . Utterly disappointing at this stage and wanting a quick response so I can figure out if I'm getting the property any time soon.
