GoogleI viewed a property on Saturday, and was told that I would be contacted by someone from Paul Dubberley the following Monday. Unfortunately, no one phoned or emailed me on the Monday. I sent an email chasing on the Tuesday, and this email was ignored. Out of frustration, I sent an email today, and was told the property had been sold. I was also advised to check my email junk folder for a missing email (which I did). Since I could not find any such email, I asked Paul Dubberley to forward it to me. A little while later, I had a missed call and voicemail from the agent. I returned the call, and was advised that I was called on Monday. However there was no missed call and/or voicemail. When I asked about the missing email too, I was advised by the staff member 'I have been snowed under'. Really not good at all, to expect customers to go ahead with mortgage interviews and attend viewings, and then not allow them an opportunity to put an offer in, whilst at the same time stretching the truth. Utter waste of time, especially considering I had already waited to hear back for months during the lockdown, and the same staff member had claimed that a number of emails that I had sent during the lockdown, had never been received either!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

They are professional polite and provide information through out the tenancy process. They did viewings references and move in all within one week.

GoogleMe and my partner have been looking at a first house for a couple of weeks when we came across our new house with Paul Dubberley. From the beginning to the end the staff have been nothing but amazing Elisha and Eleanor are a real credit to the company from allowing us to get a last minute viewing to keeping us up to date all the way through all the steps of renting. They are both kind courteous and informative and really tried to make everything as easy as possible we can't thank them enough. At the key swap we were welcomed by Elisha had everything signed off within 10 minutes and had a lovely new home box to welcome us to our new property it was such a nice touch to finish off an absolutely amazing experience. If you ever need to sort out your rental Elisha and Eleanor at Paul Dubberley are the ones for you. :) thankyou again from the both of us
