Wanna say thanks to Elisha for helping sort out my new tenant..but wanna give a massive shout out to Eleanor. I have been a regular with Paul Dubberly but first time dealing with Eleanor. She kept me in the loop constantly and very prompt with her replies even over Xmas. She helped sort a lot of mess out that head office caused which I wasn't happy with due to my long custom with them. However, I look forward to working further with Paul Dubberly thanks to Eleanor

I was with Paul Dubberly for 10 months approx. Sorted issues out pretty rapidly tbf, my property manager Sue Taylor was excellent. Very personable and efficient always made sure I knew what was going on, up to date information and she was so lovely to talk to, gave me very friendly vibes! Seemed like there was a lack of communication sometimes between the ground staff at the store and others in the organisation but other than that can't fault it really.

Savannah was extremely helpful when helping us with the sale of the house. As first time buyers, we needed to ask a lot of questions and Savannah made us feel exceptionally comfortable in doing so and made the stressful process so much more enjoyable as well as the other girls in office. Manisha has also gone above and beyond as our mortgage advisor to help us understand and go through the process of setting up our mortgage and many other processes such as building insurance etc. I can not thank the girls enough for their knowledge and support throughout the sale and mortgage process.

Me and my partner have been looking at a first house for a couple of weeks when we came across our new house with Paul Dubberley. From the beginning to the end the staff have been nothing but amazing Elisha and Eleanor are a real credit to the company from allowing us to get a last minute viewing to keeping us up to date all the way through all the steps of renting. They are both kind courteous and informative and really tried to make everything as easy as possible we can't thank them enough. At the key swap we were welcomed by Elisha had everything signed off within 10 minutes and had a lovely new home box to welcome us to our new property it was such a nice touch to finish off an absolutely amazing experience. If you ever need to sort out your rental Elisha and Eleanor at Paul Dubberley are the ones for you. :) thankyou again from the both of us
