Kevin Thompson at the Bilston branch is absolutely fantastic. He has advised me fully of my options throughout the process and made sure I understood each option. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the mortgage process. He is friendly, helpful and thorough with his advice. He kept me up to date throughout the process and made remortgaging a breeze for me. I don't think I would have been able to renew my mortgage so easily without him. Would highly recommend Kevin and Paul Dubberley for mortgages. Thank you 😊

GoogleNever answer the Phone Never call you back Never chase after a viewing Have tried to use these guys 3-4 times but over the years; they haven’t changed their ways… terrible lazy slow service!

GoogleI was due to buy a property and went in to see Manisha who took me through all the various products that were available on the market. Manisha was speedy at arranging my decision in principle and also got me quotes which I asked for, for insurance products and took the stress out of buying my first ever property. Manisha took the stress out of the whole thing and her customer service was first class and I would highly recommend Manisha. Thank You
