GoogleI had THE most pleasant experience at Paul Dubberley Estate Agent’s. These guys are 10 out of 10 for their superb costumer service. Georgia was fantastically warm and welcoming at the viewing and when I was running late for my appointment with the broker, I turned up all flustered and ready to give up, Georgia assured me that she informed the broker Manisha who was still happy to accommodate me. They both greeted me at the door!! Manisha the Broker is warm and friendly and knows her stuff. She went through all the products with me until she found the right one for me. She is thorough and efficient and works quickly. She kept me up updated throughout the whole application process. She is definitely passionate about her role and it’s a joy to see people enjoy the job they do. A great bunch of professionals at Paul Dubberley. I would use them again and highly recommend that you do to.

GoogleI instructed this branch to find a tenant and dealt with both Elisha and Mia. During the whole process I found them both to be very professional, including their knowledge, promptness and communication as I was kept informed of key stages of the progress. They are both friendly and pleasant too. When a potential tenant pulled out towards the end the turnaround for a new tenant was very quick. When it was discovered that the smoke alarms needed to be replaced at the last minute they were able to arrange it without any fuss. I found dealing with them easy and stress free and would therefore highly recommend the lettings department of this branch.

GoogleMajority of the staff were nice and polite however abbie lacks people skills, has no manners and clearly has some personal hygiene issues. Myself and my husband said how of putting it was to speak to someone who smells of raw fish.

GoogleFrom the moment I spoke to everyone at Paul Dubberley I felt reassured. From valuation to mortgage advice to help throughout the whole journey from deciding to sell / purchase through to completion. Everyone was professional and friendly and Id fully recommend. The only negative experience was we used their recommended solicitors; Talbots. They were unbelievably poor. Id definitely use Paul Dubberley again but without Talbots.

GoogleWe sold a house with Paul Dubberley and they were fantastic. Whatever could have gone wrong did, coal mine reports, last minute hick ups. But Nicky and Keanu were brilliant and basically sold the house twice over whilst keeping us fully informed and giving us options to consider. We could have gone for a cheaper estate agents but Nicky and Keanu were well worth the money. Thanks guys

GoogleI’ve recently started my first mortgage application and honestly couldn’t ask for a better broker than Manisha. The whole process has been very swift, smooth and above all STRESS free. Manisha has handled everything so well in such a short space of time. If you’re looking to buy your first or second home then Manisha is definitely the lady you want to speak to! Highly recommend!
