GoogleGreat customer service from Penny and Abbey. I chose this agency over others purely for this reason. Having an empty property was very stressful for me, especially in this economical situation. GoogleOver and above my expectations yet again! I have had a brilliant business relationship with the lettings team since 2004 and never a cross word. Always helpful and great at their jobs. In the last few days Amanda, Abbey and today Sue, have been a fount of knowledge and advise. Would recommend to Landlords like myself, and prospective tenants alike.

GoogleWorst customer service. One line sentence will be spoken nearly 100 times assuming us as we are incompetent. They need to learn what is customer service and how to speak with landlords who actually pay their salary. This branch needs to have new staff if they want to survive.

From the onset, she was incredibly responsive and professional, always keeping me up to date on my matter. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure that I fully understood my options and any technical jargons that I’ve been unfamiliar with. I am aware that she has worked tirelessly to find me the best possible deals and was always available to answer any questions that I had. Perfect location, I find it very easy to get in contact with the landlord in case I need help.
