GoogleVery helpful keeping us up to date regarding our move. Page and Wells were the Estate Agents acting for the people we were buying from - not our agents. But we were very happy they kept us informed about everything.

GoogleI was delighted with the service provided by The Bearsted branch of Page and Wells. Through Ian’s extensive knowledge of contacts he quickly found a buyer for my property. Adam produced excellent photographs of the property and Lynne very efficiently had all the required documentation put in place. Through no fault of Page and Wells it took some time for the property to reach completion, however, the staff there kept me updated with the problems throughout which encouraged me to continue with the sale through to fruition. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to prospective clients.

FacebookBy far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us.******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

FacebookI've lived in Maidstone for 60+ years, and I have never seen such gross disregard for their customers. They are underhanded callous uncaring self centered and manipulative. With page and wells it's all about the money AT ALL COSTS. Their behavior is appauling. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN A MILLION YEARS. the way you have treated my friend is highly unacceptable and you would not get away with such dishonest behaviour - YOU OUghT TO BE EXPOSED. I HAVE SEEN THE NASTY EMAILS JAMES PAYLIN AND DUNCAN WILLS WROTE TO HER AFTER OUTRIGHTLY LYING TO HER AND HIDING MATERIAL INFORMATION THAT COULD AFFECT THEIR DECISION TO THE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CLIENT. HOPE NOONE HAS TO EXPERIENCE SUCH DISTATEFUL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.

GoogleWe bought a house through Page & Wells In Larkfield and I can not personally thank them enough. From the moment I met Sam, their estate agent he was friendly, bubbly, honest and most of all professional. Because of the chain, the sale took a while to go through but between Sam and Phil who work at the branch they kept us up to date. Regularly checked in. As far as I’m aware had a great relationship with the man we was buying the house from and they answered any questions we had from start to finish. There was a lady there too who helped on the day of competition and she went absolutely above and beyond for us on what was a bit of a stressful day. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and feel so grateful for the service they gave us. If we move again I would definitely go through them!
