By far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us.******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

We dealt with Duncan and I have to say he was professional, helpful and offered some great advice. The whole process was so much better than we've had with other agents in the past and their knowledge of the local market is second to none! We highly recommend you talk to Duncan and the team.

I have just got to work & felt I needed to message you regarding the driver of your pink & white Fiat. It has 15 minutes ago come off M20 London bound at junction 5. It flew up the far RIGHT hand lane of the slip road & performed a very dangerous manoeuvre by turning LEFT from the far RIGHT hand lane. Once they turned left then went into the LEFT hand lane cutting up several cars. There really was no need for this type of driving. Shame on the driver who you allow to drive round with your company logo on.

Awful service, we had the misfortune to be in a chain with page and Wells. We repeatedly asked them to chase solicitors etc to make sure that he sale would complete. They never returned our calls or our estate agents calls. In the rare event that we did manage to speak to the right person it was like asking to a brick wall. I told them that our chain was going to fall apart and could they please try their best to make sure the sale went through. Every other agent in the chain did their best and one even did the chasing up that page and Wells were supposed to do. The agents constantly reported to me their frustration when trying to get page and Wells to chase up their side of the chain. Unfortunately our chain fell apart last week as the sale was taking too long. So thanks to page and Wells lack of interest and motivation I have now lost the property wanted to buy and my buyer. I tried to complain to one of the partners, again it was like speaking to a brick wall, with comments like ‘my staff wouldn’t do that’ and ‘we pride ourselves on being a family business’ I hope I never have to deal with page and Wells again, and I would warm everyone to be careful about using them.

I was a bit confused at the start as I though I was using the Coxheath branch for the sale of property in Coxheat, but found out later that the Coxheath office is mainly for letting. The Loose office near the old ambulance station covers Coxheath for house sales. Hope this makes sense. Found staff to be friendly and helpful.

We bought our new house through Page and Wells and nothing was too much trouble for them. Sam in particular was SO helpful and always calm, thoughtful and not at all pushy. If we ever sell our house(and we will NEVER move again, so doubtful!) we would definitely use and recommend Page and Wells. Fantastic company and lovely helpful staff. Thank you ?

Well where do I start,brought a property through these guys and I gotta say that Adam whom I dealt with throughout was amazing, he was so nice always accommodated me when I want to go back and view time and time again.i really can't praise these guys enough customer service is outstanding and Adam you deserve a promotion mate and I hope you enjoyed your 3 x bottles of wine? Well deserved keep up the outstanding work guys.

Have recently been dealing with the staff at Page & Wells with company relocation. Their local knowledge was superb and they were so supportive when we were looking at this geographical move. Would highly recommend to any one moving to the area.
