GoogleWe recently sold our property with Page & Wells in Larkfield and cannot speak highly enough of the team; Sam, Phil & Izzy.
Sam came out to value the property and we were really impressed with her enthusiasm, her obvious passion for her work and she couldn't speak highly enough about our house. She assured us we would have no trouble selling our property achieving the price we wanted, so there was never any thought of going with anyone else after her visit.
Izzy and Phil were just as impressive when it came to dealing with the viewings, providing feedback after each viewing. In fact, Izzy was superb in dealing with our eventual buyer who was one of the first to view the property after 3 days on the market and putting in an offer there and then.
Once the sale had been handed over to the progressions team, Lily was equally impressive in keeping us updated on progress, chasing solicitors and answering any questions that we and our buyer, had right through to completion
A massive thank you to Sam, Izzy, Phil & Lily. From start to finish the experience was superb, extremely smooth and stress-free.
