GoogleI had an excellent experience with selling my rental property through Page and Wells Bearsted. Mike and the team kept me informed throughout the process. I found the feedback from viewings particularly helpful. This enabled me to act on any comments and helped to sell the property. I also found the sales progression team really helpful. I would highly recommend Page and Wells to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

GoogleWas impressed with the service throughout and the fantastic communication of the Bearsted Page and Wells team. Very quick to get on the market from initial valuation, they did all the viewings with no hassle to ourselves. Once the property was sold, they kept us informed throughout. A special mention to Nicola and Mike who were superb at liaising with the chain to keep things moving at the end to reach exchange. Would highly recommend the Bearsted team.

GoogleMike and the team impressed from the start. We really felt that they understood the local market and were giving us honest advice. A quick sale was achieved but we did encounter issues lower down the chain due to changing market conditions. The team were very supportive and did all they could to keep pressure on the various parties. Thanks too to Nicola for responding promptly and calmly during the stressful concluding stages. FacebookBy far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us.******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

GoogleAbsolute time wasters. Offer made on the spot on a saturday, accepted on a monday, chain checked that day - spoke again wednesday and apparently its gone. Was spending the day with my terminally ill mother helping her tick off a bucket list; but I was diverting time for Page and Wells to help them verify our position throughout the day. I'll never get that time back with my Mum. Could have bought it without the sale of our house also, but didn't even ask us if we could match a higher offer. We would be ready to move in within 28 days. Must be taking bungs. We will never view a property again with these clowns, which means a vendor selling through them misses out on a willing and ready buyer. We can't be the only people who find this lot amateur. If you're a buyer, and the property is dupliately listed; view with the other firm. If you're a vendor, use someone else like Purple Bricks. Save yourself a killing too. Look forward to seeing the end of spivs like this.
