GoogleWe used Page & Wells, Bearsted, for the sale and purchase of our houses in June 2020. We needed to sell quickly, as we had seen a property that we were very interested in. They were professional, very quick to respond, value and photograph our property, and ultimately find the correct viewers, without sending any time wasters, which helped us to sell our property within a few days, and made us be in the position to put in an offer on the property we wanted to purchase. We are aware that buying and selling can be very stressful, but all the Bearsted staff were so helpful and at the end of the phone to help throughout. We were in our new home within ten weeks and would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them again, hopefully not for a long time, but would definitely use them again should the need arise.

GoogleI was delighted with the service provided by The Bearsted branch of Page and Wells. Through Ian’s extensive knowledge of contacts he quickly found a buyer for my property. Adam produced excellent photographs of the property and Lynne very efficiently had all the required documentation put in place. Through no fault of Page and Wells it took some time for the property to reach completion, however, the staff there kept me updated with the problems throughout which encouraged me to continue with the sale through to fruition. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to prospective clients.

From the first viewing with Ian Walker where we fell in love with our now successfully purchased property, to the numerous communication between us and the vendor which was skilfully managed by the constant diligence and approachable manner of Adam Aelen we can’t overstate the personal touch everyone made to our experience. Adam in particular went above and beyond to trying to accommodate us and the vendor’s requests and I would not hesitate in recommending both him and the company to anyone purchasing a property. It’s so refreshing to be able to work with a company that really pulls out all the stops to make things happen. The staff really are a credit to this business and the impression left is nothing but a good one.

GoogleWhen my mother died in 2016 Page & Wells sold her property for us & we were so impressed by the service we received that they were the automatic choice as estate agents for us when my father-in-law died earlier this year (2021) to find a buyer & arrange the sale of his property in Bearsted. All very straight forward you may think but we happen to live 300 plus miles away & the distance plus the pandemic conspired to make things as difficult as possible. Page & Wells made the process as easy as they did for us in 2016, keeping us fully informed at all times via email & website & offering guidance when we required it. The sale was completed in good time with a minimum of fuss. All in all, excellent service from all in the Bearsted office. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Page & Wells.

They consistently marketed the property, making changes and adaptations to keep the property fresh on online portals as well as reaching out to their sizable client base. The team adapted with a tough market and did a really great job. They handled the sale ensuring a smooth transition, communicating brilliantly and always keeping us enlightened throughout the process. Googlei chose page&wells because they gave the best sale price on my property, and the commission rate was reasonable. and, i'm glad i did, as it wasn't an easy sale. mike and lynne at the bearsted branch could not have been more helpful, they really went above and beyond to get the result i wanted. i could not recommend them highly enough, and i would not hesitate to use them again.

FacebookI have just got to work & felt I needed to message you regarding the driver of your pink & white Fiat. It has 15 minutes ago come off M20 London bound at junction 5. It flew up the far RIGHT hand lane of the slip road & performed a very dangerous manoeuvre by turning LEFT from the far RIGHT hand lane. Once they turned left then went into the LEFT hand lane cutting up several cars. There really was no need for this type of driving. Shame on the driver who you allow to drive round with your company logo on.

FacebookAwful service, we had the misfortune to be in a chain with page and Wells. We repeatedly asked them to chase solicitors etc to make sure that he sale would complete. They never returned our calls or our estate agents calls. In the rare event that we did manage to speak to the right person it was like asking to a brick wall. I told them that our chain was going to fall apart and could they please try their best to make sure the sale went through. Every other agent in the chain did their best and one even did the chasing up that page and Wells were supposed to do. The agents constantly reported to me their frustration when trying to get page and Wells to chase up their side of the chain. Unfortunately our chain fell apart last week as the sale was taking too long. So thanks to page and Wells lack of interest and motivation I have now lost the property wanted to buy and my buyer. I tried to complain to one of the partners, again it was like speaking to a brick wall, with comments like ‘my staff wouldn’t do that’ and ‘we pride ourselves on being a family business’ I hope I never have to deal with page and Wells again, and I would warm everyone to be careful about using them.

Responsive, communicative and offering sound unbiased advice throughout, all of the individuals worked really well as a team to cover for each other when one person was not available. They also went far beyond the normal services of an Estate Agent to cover various additional aspects specifically for us and at no extra cost - superb.

GoogleWe are very happy with how our house sale has gone, Mike & Nicola are super professional and were really supportive through the whole process which can be quite stressful. Nicola has kept us up to date sometimes even daily and I haven’t had to chase, from living locally I would 100% use Page and Wells Bearsted again and recommend them highly if you are looking for an agent.
