GoogleWe had a vacant property to sell following a family bereavement, unfortunately the pandemic affected the sale considerably but Adam and Ian did their best to keep the property in everybody's sight. Eventually sold after 15 months, but 10 months of that were in the pandemic.

Put in full asking price offer on the Saturday, spoke with them again Monday to do chain check (no chain for us as we complete in 3 weeks) On the Wednesday called to ask which Solicitor they would suggest I use and was told there had been another offer accepted as apparently I hadn't been in touch. In shock, as I dont see how much more I could have been in touch in the space of 3 days. Wont be going near them when looking for a property!
