We recently sold our property with Page & Wells in Larkfield and cannot speak highly enough of the team; Sam, Phil & Izzy. Sam came out to value the property and we were really impressed with her enthusiasm, her obvious passion for her work and she couldn't speak highly enough about our house. She assured us we would have no trouble selling our property achieving the price we wanted, so there was never any thought of going with anyone else after her visit. Izzy and Phil were just as impressive when it came to dealing with the viewings, providing feedback after each viewing. In fact, Izzy was superb in dealing with our eventual buyer who was one of the first to view the property after 3 days on the market and putting in an offer there and then. Once the sale had been handed over to the progressions team, Lily was equally impressive in keeping us updated on progress, chasing solicitors and answering any questions that we and our buyer, had right through to completion A massive thank you to Sam, Izzy, Phil & Lily. From start to finish the experience was superb, extremely smooth and stress-free. We cannot praise Page & Wells highly enough and we would have no reservation in recommending them to anyone considering selling their property.

My husband and I could not speak more highly of Page & Wells Larkfield. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, especially Phil and Sam who went above and beyond to make our purchase happen. It was a long, drawn out process due to our own estate agents (Yopa) and the solicitors in the chain being absolutely useless. Both Sam and Phil kept us up to date throughout the entire process and even stayed late on the day we completed to make sure it was all done and we could get the keys before everything closed. Being 8 and a half months pregnant this was incredibly appreciated. Thanks to all at Page & Wells Larkfield! If we ever move again we will be straight in touch to use your services.

We bought a house through Page & Wells In Larkfield and I can not personally thank them enough. From the moment I met Sam, their estate agent he was friendly, bubbly, honest and most of all professional. Because of the chain, the sale took a while to go through but between Sam and Phil who work at the branch they kept us up to date. Regularly checked in. As far as I’m aware had a great relationship with the man we was buying the house from and they answered any questions we had from start to finish. There was a lady there too who helped on the day of competition and she went absolutely above and beyond for us on what was a bit of a stressful day. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and feel so grateful for the service they gave us. If we move again I would definitely go through them!

I loved my first estate agent when we bought and sold but now I have met Sam and Steve at Larkfield, Page and Wells and I adore them! When people say “nothing is too much trouble” they throw that statement out there... Sam and Steve had the hardest chain and at times the most ludicrous sale with our house and the things they did to get our exchange over the line were nothing short of amazing. I had phone calls and replies to emails past 6pm to reassure and update me. The literature and advertising of our home was brilliant with great attention to detail. We went on the market in July and went under offer and sold a month later. They then worked tirelessly to ensure our long chain didn’t collapse. I am 99% sure if we’d gone with another agent we wouldn’t have exchanged yesterday, the negotiations and rapport needed to manage the other agents and solicitors in the chain was paramount and Sam & Steve were a brilliant double act. Thank you so much! I’ve already started recommending you to people.

Having used other agents for previous house sales my experience with the Larkfield Page and Wells estate agents has been the most positive and I am happy to recommend them. From valuation for probate through all aspects of the sale of the property the people I dealt with were always helpful and professional without exception. Working primarily with Be I felt fully informed throughout the process of getting the house to market through to completion. As with many house sales there were complications that were not of Page and Wells making but I felt able to discuss these with Be, understand the options and then agree a way forward.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us. ******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

I bought my house through Page and Wells in Larkfield 12 years ago and had a very pleasant experience so when I decided to sell it this year I went back to them. I’m very pleased to say they were excellent from start to finish. The staff (especially Be Chapman) are very knowledgeable and efficient. The property was marketed promptly and efficiently. In addition they assisted where possible during the legal process that follows. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property I highly recommend them.
