GoogleThey were the sellers estate agent (not ours). They were great to work with and really felt like they went the extra mile to help the seller (who was selling from abroad)

GooglePage and Wells Bearsted have just completed the sale of our house and their service for us was exemplary. Responsive, communicative and offering sound unbiased advice throughout, all of the individuals worked really well as a team to cover for each other when one person was not available. They also went far beyond the normal services of an Estate Agent to cover various additional aspects specifically for us and at no extra cost - superb.

GoogleMike and the team impressed from the start. We really felt that they understood the local market and were giving us honest advice. A quick sale was achieved but we did encounter issues lower down the chain due to changing market conditions. The team were very supportive and did all they could to keep pressure on the various parties. Thanks too to Nicola for responding promptly and calmly during the stressful concluding stages. Highly recommend

GoogleWas impressed with the service throughout and the fantastic communication of the Bearsted Page and Wells team. Very quick to get on the market from initial valuation, they did all the viewings with no hassle to ourselves. Once the property was sold, they kept us informed throughout. A special mention to Nicola and Mike who were superb at liaising with the chain to keep things moving at the end to reach exchange. Would highly recommend the Bearsted team.

GoogleOutstanding service from the Page and Wells team with our recent house sale. Special thanks to Mike, and Nicola. From our very first contact to completion day they were always very professional and on the case, chasing up solicitors, filling in the gaps, and keeping us updated at every step. They sold our home within a week and we’ve now moved into our forever home. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleWe can't thank Phil and Be from the larkfield branch enough, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a few problems near the end of the deal but they both kept us informed of the issues and gave us advice on what would be best to do. They were very approachable and friendly . The open day was so well done they had a lot of interested people to view the property and sold it that day. Would highly recommend them. We'll done.

GoogleDefinitely recommend! Only wish we had another house to sell!! Selling a house is never an easy experience, however this was made simple using Be from Page and Wells. This process took a little while (down to our end and having a tenant) but the care, wisdom and knowledge we got from Be (Sales Manager) was incredible.
Thank you for your review Rachel. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience in working Page & Wells. All the best and thank you from all team at Larkfield Page & Wells.

GoogleHaving used other agents for previous house sales my experience with the Larkfield Page and Wells estate agents has been the most positive and I am happy to recommend them. From valuation for probate through all aspects of the sale of the property the people I dealt with were always helpful and professional without exception. Working primarily with Be I felt fully informed throughout the process of getting the house to market through to completion. As with many house sales there were complications that were not of Page and Wells making but I felt able to discuss these with Be, understand the options and then agree a way forward.

GoogleThe Larkfield office recently helped with the purchase of our new property. They couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgable with what was a really stressul process and they continually helped to sort things out and put both mine and my husband's mind at ease.
