Steve the branch manager and Michelle who initially looked after me plus David who helped me negotiate the initial price were superb. A neighbour had used Page + Wells to a successful conclusion and had recommended their services to me to try and sell my flat in Maidstone. I have been very satisfied with their professionalism and help throughout the whole process to a final successful conclusion. I can thoroughly recommend Page + Wells Sales and Lettings to anyone with a property to buy, sell or rent in the Maidstone, Kent area.

We can't thank Phil and Be from the larkfield branch enough, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a few problems near the end of the deal but they both kept us informed of the issues and gave us advice on what would be best to do. They were very approachable and friendly . The open day was so well done they had a lot of interested people to view the property and sold it that day. Would highly recommend them. We'll done.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us. ******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

He was an absolute delight to work with, gracious approachable, exceptionally helpful throughout the three moth process as well as efficient & completely understanding of my specific requirements as an investment purchaser including the three viewings prior to exchange, even going as far juggling his diary & rearranging appointments in order that we had continuity; nothing was too much trouble. He also, even more importantly managed to very diplomatically & successfully secure the offer that I had tabled to the vendor and persevered until acceptance. Sam also continued to be supportive with some post completion issues that arose. Cannot recommend Sam highly enough.

I have just got to work & felt I needed to message you regarding the driver of your pink & white Fiat. It has 15 minutes ago come off M20 London bound at junction 5. It flew up the far RIGHT hand lane of the slip road & performed a very dangerous manoeuvre by turning LEFT from the far RIGHT hand lane. Once they turned left then went into the LEFT hand lane cutting up several cars. There really was no need for this type of driving. Shame on the driver who you allow to drive round with your company logo on.

Awful service, we had the misfortune to be in a chain with page and Wells. We repeatedly asked them to chase solicitors etc to make sure that he sale would complete. They never returned our calls or our estate agents calls. In the rare event that we did manage to speak to the right person it was like asking to a brick wall. I told them that our chain was going to fall apart and could they please try their best to make sure the sale went through. Every other agent in the chain did their best and one even did the chasing up that page and Wells were supposed to do. The agents constantly reported to me their frustration when trying to get page and Wells to chase up their side of the chain. Unfortunately our chain fell apart last week as the sale was taking too long. So thanks to page and Wells lack of interest and motivation I have now lost the property wanted to buy and my buyer. I tried to complain to one of the partners, again it was like speaking to a brick wall, with comments like ‘my staff wouldn’t do that’ and ‘we pride ourselves on being a family business’ I hope I never have to deal with page and Wells again, and I would warm everyone to be careful about using them.

My experience of using Page and Wells to sell a property is positive. Page and Wells are very professional and client focused. Steve and Nicola, Maidstone Office, are a pleasure to deal with and have a comprehensive understanding of the market which provided me with good advice. Page and Well’s marketing attracted many potential buyers and I had no hesitation in leaving the keys, to the unoccupied property, with Steve to manage the escorted viewings. The property was always securely left after each visit. When the initial property sale fell through Page and Wells turned the situation around and found another buyer which resulted in a very quick sale.

I've lived in Maidstone for 60+ years, and I have never seen such gross disregard for their customers. They are underhanded callous uncaring self centered and manipulative. With page and wells it's all about the money AT ALL COSTS. Their behavior is appauling. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN A MILLION YEARS. the way you have treated my friend is highly unacceptable and you would not get away with such dishonest behaviour - YOU OUghT TO BE EXPOSED. I HAVE SEEN THE NASTY EMAILS JAMES PAYLIN AND DUNCAN WILLS WROTE TO HER AFTER OUTRIGHTLY LYING TO HER AND HIDING MATERIAL INFORMATION THAT COULD AFFECT THEIR DECISION TO THE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CLIENT. HOPE NOONE HAS TO EXPERIENCE SUCH DISTATEFUL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.
