GooglePhil and Sam at Larkfield have been truly brilliant throughout a very long sale process. They were professional at all times through a challenging sale where one party did not want to sell. Regularly checking in with me and acting as a go between with the other party allowed us to ultimately complete as planned. Knowledgeable and support at all times and I would not hesitate to recommend the Larkfield Office.

GoogleMy husband and I could not speak more highly of Page & Wells Larkfield. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, especially Phil and Sam who went above and beyond to make our purchase happen. It was a long, drawn out process due to our own estate agents (Yopa) and the solicitors in the chain being absolutely useless. Both Sam and Phil kept us up to date throughout the entire process and even stayed late on the day we completed to make sure it was all done and we could get the keys before everything closed. Being 8 and a half months pregnant this was incredibly appreciated. Thanks to all at Page & Wells Larkfield! If we ever move again we will be straight in touch to use your services.

We sold in less than 10 days but even since then they have helped us at every step.They have been our rock during the stressful event that is moving home. They have gone above and beyond to help. GoogleI would 100% recommend Page and Wells Larkfield (Phil and Sam). They were amazing and very professional. They helped us through out the whole process of selling our home by being prompt with responding to viewing requests and getting them booked in. They also provided thorough feed back on the viewings. Once we had sold they continued to chase solicitors etc which made the process so much easier. I know I have said above that I would recommend Page and Wells but if you are thinking of selling your home definitely go with these guys.

GoogleDear Phil, From the first time I meet Phil, when he came to value our house, we knew we had made the right choice in using Page and Wells. Phil and his team were thoroughly professional from day one, over the phone, face to face, always polite, making us feel safe in there hands. Bearing in mind we moved during covid 19, a great job done, from start to finish. Phil even recommended a solicitor that he had used personally, she was one of best i have used over the years. GoogleSuperb service. David Page proved himself to be knowledgeable about the local housing market and gave excellent advice. He and his team went over and above to help get the house sold, putting a lot of time into the process. Whenever I had to contact the office I always got a speedy response, even in the middle of the covid pandemic. I look at some of the other comments which scored P&W poorly with incredulity. GoogleMy experience of using Page and Wells to sell a property is positive. Page and Wells are very professional and client focused. Steve and Nicola, Maidstone Office, are a pleasure to deal with and have a comprehensive understanding of the market which provided me with good advice. Page and Well’s marketing attracted many potential buyers and I had no hesitation in leaving the keys, to the unoccupied property, with Steve to manage the escorted viewings. The property was always securely left after each visit. When the initial property sale fell through Page and Wells turned the situation around and found another buyer which resulted in a very quick sale.

GoogleWe had a vacant property to sell following a family bereavement, unfortunately the pandemic affected the sale considerably but Adam and Ian did their best to keep the property in everybody's sight. Eventually sold after 15 months, but 10 months of that were in the pandemic.
Thank you for your review, the pandemic presented challenges that we had to overcome but we're pleased we managed to get the sale though to completion and that you were happy with our service. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2021.

GoogleWe used Page & Wells, Bearsted, for the sale and purchase of our houses in June 2020. We needed to sell quickly, as we had seen a property that we were very interested in. They were professional, very quick to respond, value and photograph our property, and ultimately find the correct viewers, without sending any time wasters, which helped us to sell our property within a few days, and made us be in the position to put in an offer on the property we wanted to purchase. We are aware that buying and selling can be very stressful, but all the Bearsted staff were so helpful and at the end of the phone to help throughout. We were in our new home within ten weeks and would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them again, hopefully not for a long time, but would definitely use them again should the need arise.

GoogleWhen my mother died in 2016 Page & Wells sold her property for us & we were so impressed by the service we received that they were the automatic choice as estate agents for us when my father-in-law died earlier this year (2021) to find a buyer & arrange the sale of his property in Bearsted. All very straight forward you may think but we happen to live 300 plus miles away & the distance plus the pandemic conspired to make things as difficult as possible. Page & Wells made the process as easy as they did for us in 2016, keeping us fully informed at all times via email & website & offering guidance when we required it. The sale was completed in good time with a minimum of fuss. All in all, excellent service from all in the Bearsted office. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Page & Wells.

From the first viewing with Ian Walker where we fell in love with our now successfully purchased property, to the numerous communication between us and the vendor which was skilfully managed by the constant diligence and approachable manner of Adam Aelen we can’t overstate the personal touch everyone made to our experience. Adam in particular went above and beyond to trying to accommodate us and the vendor’s requests and I would not hesitate in recommending both him and the company to anyone purchasing a property. It’s so refreshing to be able to work with a company that really pulls out all the stops to make things happen. The staff really are a credit to this business and the impression left is nothing but a good one.
