GoogleNot even worth a 1 star - the lack of communication and care for their clients is embarrassing. Enquiring and viewing is a very long winded process, and sounds like the agent doesn’t want to provide service. I was waiting on a zoom call for 25 mins before someone responded, clearly lied about attending the call and then cancelled. I’ve had no response since to rearrange - definitely waste of time. Go elsewhere and save you money.

We at Oyster Properties have invested a lot of time and money in order to set up the infrastructure to carry out virtual viewings as per the government guidelines and ensuring safety for all our clients and staff members. Although doing each virtual viewing is very time consuming from our part, We had great and positive response from all our landlords, buyers, sellers and applicants who were happy with virtual viewings since it was saving them a lot of unnecessary journey. This we believe is necessary in such times. This is beneficial to all parties as to avoid unnecessary mixing of households and to protect all including yourself. Sometimes this policy does not fit well with certain applicants for which we apologies but we trust our system which produces excellent results for our clients We wish you all the very best with your future house hunting. GoogleThey were recommended as very good letting agents and so I appointed them to manage my lettings. I have been very pleased with their management. They have managed to collect rents from troublesome tenants, dealt with boiler issues and blocked pipes. The costs have been much lower than from my previous agent. If you are looking for a letting agent, I recommend Oyster Properties.

We have not had to visit the flat even once as they have taken care of everything from finding good tenants (our property has never been vacant) to fixing any problems big or small. They charge low management fees, communication is brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.
