Shelbi and Sarah were very professional in their dealings with us. We felt they had a good understanding of the pros and cons of our house and took our instructions into account. Selling a house is stressful but we felt the agents actively helped in the process.

GoogleWe used Oulsnam estate agents in Northfield to sell our property. They came to value the property very promptly and gave us an accurate valuation. Sam was initially involved in the process and when he left the company for further studies, Amanda took over the sale. They were both proactive and reassuring. Each time there was a viewing, they informed us and also gave us a feedback. They were very skillful and helpful during the negotiations process. We found them to be very professional. We would highly recommend Oulsnam estate agents. Thank you for all your help.

She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Oulsnams’ at Bearwood and they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I primarily dealt with Debbie but had contact with everyone there at some stage and really can’t recommend them highly enough. They were very friendly, helpful and professional at all times and their knowledge of the local property market is excellent. The viewings were accompanied by Claire who was also amazing, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy or sell a property go to Oulsnam, I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else. Thank you Debbie, Ben, Sarah and Claire.

GoogleTried to arrange a viewing if a property today. They wanted proof of funds and proof of identification otherwise we couldn't view the property. We are cash buyers and have viewed with several other estate agents and never been asked to provide such information. Not prepared to hand over such personal information just to view a house. No other estate agent asked for this unless you are making an offer. Potential sale lost and they didn't seem to care one bit.

From the moment I contacted Oulsnam’s to when Trina came round, I was bowled over by how friendly, helpful and easy to chat to everyone was. Sarah has been fabulous in communication after selling just days after putting the house on the market too, so I couldn’t have made a better and more informed choice when I decided to let them sell our much loved home. Onwards and upwards now as I plan for my exchange & completion in the next month or so. GoogleAs a first time buyer I am grateful to the team at Oulsnam Hagley Rd for being great people to deal with and making this process as painless as possible. My first encounter was in person with Sarah Nourse and I found her to be welcoming, incredibly professional and efficient and this turned out to be an accurate first impression. She is a woman of her word, was really great to deal with and made the process of arranging viewings, and subsequently agreeing on a purchase as stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. She was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process and I'm very grateful to her. I also want to shout out the viewing agent Claire who was always friendly, helpful and accommodating despite often being under pressure on a very tight schedule of viewings. Overall I don't imagine I could have had a better experience of buying my first house than I had with the team at Oulsnam and all my dealings with them were in massive contrast to my experiences with some of their local competitors (the less said about them, the better!)

GoogleOulsnam sold our property quickly and stayed with the process for nearly 10 months due to numerous issues found with the original lease. Sarah was outstanding throughout chasing and keeping all parties involved and up to date. Without her persistence I would have probably given up on the sale months ago. First class service and highly recommended.
