We have recently bought our new home via Oakwoods. From start to finish everything has been very well organised by the team under Adam's leadership. From viewing the property to the final purchase everything went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast things went along and without any fuss. A great experience and a big thank you to everyone involved.

Working with Adam, Debbie, Darren and the whole team at Oakwood was a real joy, from the initial viewing through to collecting the keys. As we lived quite a distance away we relied on them for contractor visits and solicitor/vendor communications and they were always happy to oblige. we will be looking for a 2nd property in the area and will definitely be looking for Oakwood to help us again.

Of all of the estate agents I encountered all over the country, Mel Hawkins at Oakwood Homes was the most refreshing breath of fresh air. Mel was clear, efficient, attentive and thorough. Within minutes she had booked me in for a viewing, and responded to a slurry of emails I sent her so promptly that I was bowled over, and had all the information I needed within half an hour. It was absolutely remarkable and head and shoulders above the eight other agents I was dealing with at the time. I would absolutely recommend Oakwood to anybody looking to rent property in the area.

I have delt with this company to rent a property and all the staff have been nothing but helpful, honest and open about every step. Nothing is too big or small when asking questions about anything. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing to find a property

Oakwoods have managed the letting of this property for many years now. Always fast efficient and responsive they have consistently taken the stress out of being a landlord for me. I have rented properties out for over 20 years and can honestly say that Oakwoods and the staff they have there have been outstanding in every respect.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently moved to the area from Australia with my family and contacted a lot of real estate agencies before our arrival. Katie-Lilly was the ONLY real estate agent who wanted to help us. Katie-Lilly was unreal. She explained the whole process of renting a property given our situation and always sent through emails with available properties catering to our budget and requirements. The level of care and attention we received was above and beyond. I hope Oakwood homes know just how lucky they are finding a gem like her. Thank you Katie-Lilly x

Such a wonderful agency working across Thanet as one office, regardless who picks up the phone they do their best to provide information and guidance. All the agents I was in contact with were professional, kind and helpful, fast to reply my emails or phone calls. A special thanks to Mel who is always kind and patient with me and my many many questions.

What a pleasant surprise to find an agent who is reliable, friendly and proactively helpful! Great experience with Katie and all the team, who helped me during my search for a rental property in Thanet. In a sector that I've often found is marked by poor comms and unreliability, Oakwood has been a positive exception and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them wholeheartedly. Thank you all for your help and support, through the stresses of moving

From the moment I met Oakwood (nee Appleton) property manager Diane Solly I knew I was in good hands. Diane, and indeed everyone I've spoken to at Oakwood Homes, has always been helpful and considerate, dealing promptly and efficiently with any issues regarding the property. I've always been happy to recommend Oakwood Homes as letting agents to any friends in the area.
