GooglePoor service and professionalism once the tenants moved in. Do not use this estate agent if you want a hassle free tenancy as a landlord. Was promised change of service (with notice) before the tenancy started however once the tenancy started we then got told that it can only be changed once the tenancy has finished.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe were impressed from the start with Oakwood - they really demonstrated a solid knowledge of the local market, which wasn't always the case with the other agents we considered when we began the process of selling our flat. All communication was very easy and we never felt out of the loop. Chantelle has been amazing answering emails, even at times well after office hours had finished - could not have felt in safer hands. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.
