Would highly recommend Oakwood. We were in a difficult situation as we needed a short term temporary let in our local area. Kane is a star! From the start to the very end of the process he went above and beyond for us as a relocating family. Very attentive on every detail, good advice and a "real person" wanting to help us and so unlike many in his profession - he really cared! We moved on a bank holiday weekend and unknown to us, Kane opened his office so we could even store some of our personal effects between properties. I was interested to rent out my house and spoke with Brandon Tan. He communicated with me periodically, having always kept me and my property in his mind. My Husband and I used Oakwood to move home. I cannot rate this company enough! We dealt with Daniel Moore, he went above and beyond for us, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and when things got tough he took all the pressure of us and remained extremely helpful and professional at all times! I don’t think we have ever received such excellent and caring customer service from anyone before the way he looked after us. He is just brilliant at what he does and puts everyone at ease straight away.
