GoogleI was renting a flat through this branch. They could not arrange anything. Only moment they acted in proactive manner was moment when they wanted deposit from me. At the very end they lied to me I need to stay in property for a length of notice period even if my contract was due to expire in 3 weeks. I wasted my money and during check out they wanted to get more money from me for "damages" to the property which were in their check in raport. Completely bad experience.

GoogleMy thanks to Edward, Michael and the team at Oakwood Estates for the sale of my flat. The sale had a setback with a buyer dropping out through no fault of Oakwood’s or the property but Oakwood had it remarketed the same day and had a new buyer before the end of the week. All viewings were well arranged and managed, and Edward was very helpful and responsive to all my emails and calls throughout the process. Thank you to Oakwood Estates for your persistence when complications came up and achieving a successful sale.

GoogleKane have helped us let our house, he was punctual and very helpful. His letting valuation was one of the highest we got from several Burnham agencies so we weren’t confident will we get it. At the end we have let out our house within 2 weeks from the moment of publishing it with very close offer to what Kane has mentioned at the beginning. He also offered a great management fee based on sole agency terms offered for full management. So far really happy, hope it stays this way through the renting period. GoogleMe and my partner are both first time buyers. Since having our offer accepted last December, we have had numerous problems with both ours and our seller's solicitor. Michael was the sole person helping us to understand the process , and most importantly, keeping it moving. He was key from offer acceptance, right through to the completion day when we were still waiting for information from the seller's solicitor. We have no doubt that we would still be caught up in the process if it wasn't for Michael's amazing work! He has been so great that we have already decided to use Oakwood when we eventually come to sell (hopefully not for a while!).
