GoogleTruly mazing experience! Finding a place and moving is never easy, especially in these current times. However, with Oakwood I experienced the most professional and efficient service. Daniel Moore took care of our practice and from day one he has been an incredible professional with fantastic customer service and a contagious positive attitude. Nothing but great things to say about Oakwood Estates Datchet, highly recommend it to anyone. (keep up the great work)

GoogleFor our first time renting through an agency we were blown away by the professionalism and how the agent helped us through the whole process. We went for a viewing and the agent helped us close a deal with the landlord within an hour and a half, the tenant portal was set up with all the information we could have needed and we began the process then moved in just this weekend gone. We didn’t have to worry about anything! A huge thumbs up and a big thanks to Dominick and Daniel for always responding and helping us stay at ease throughout. GoogleFirst time he moved the meeting -ok. But on the appointment, which two of us agreed on, he didn't came. I was waiting half hour but nobody even called me. Rude
Thank you for your review, however we can see from your applicant card that you spoke to a member of the lettings team today and it has been agreed that this property viewing has been rescheduled for 5pm today. We hope this concludes the matter and apologise for any inconvenience.

GoogleSo let me tell my experience with Oakwood estates, on 26 dec I was viewing property for which I left holding deposit of 173 pounds, on 28 dec I was informed that landlord pulled out from offer and I was offered to look into other current offers offered by Oakwood estates, but there was nothing in which I was interested so on 30 dec I contacted agent who was showing me property and I requested my money back, 2 January still nothing no money back, so I called Oakwood estates office and I was advised to give my bank details as my agent never even asked for them but he told me that it will take 3 working days (off course), ever since then I’m calling every day and asking for my deposit back! And every time I’m being told that someone has to sing it or it’s being currently processed, today on 7th January I called today and was advices that refund gonna be back by midnight and that I gonna receive email with confirmation , overall been tossed around like a little kid maybe it’s just me being unlucky who knows
Thank you for your review. After investigating your file, I can see that the landlord had accepted your offer and then decided to proceed with a private offer he had received from a family friend. As there were no contracts signed, unfortunately the landlord was able to do this. As you suggested, we did offer you alternatives however there was nothing suitable. Our refund process can take up to 7, 10 working days due to the security checks that we have to abide by. I am pleased to confirm that this issue was resolved back in January. GoogleIt took a while before things started happening but eventually got the ball rolling. The only down side was when i picked up the keys, I ended up getting the wrong ones. Fortunately I had a car and could drive back but in any other situation I would've had to travel by public transport. Other than that the service has been good, friendly and helpful.

GoogleWe went through Oakwood Estates to sell our house once lockdown began to ease and Edward was brilliant at getting plenty of people round (all PPE'd) to view, we accepted an offer and Edward kept us informed all throughout the proceedings. We found him to be very professional, personable and completely trustworthy in everything he told us. Dear Ruth. Firstly we are sorry to hear that you were not impressed with the overall service. However looking into this sale in further detail I can see that your property in Old Windsor was marketed from July 2019-November 2019 and in that time Oakwood Estates conducted 12 viewings, generated 3 offers, of which 2 of these were accepted. On 25/11/2019 you informed us you would like to terminate the sale despite the fact we have a proceedable buyer who was in the process of his mortgage application. I am unsure on this occasion of what more we could have done as it was by no fault of our own that the sale was terminated. Effectively we delivered on what we had promised from the start - a proceedable buyer willing to pay an acceptable price for the property. We wish you the best of luck with you future endeavours.
