As you guys have chosen to reply I will edit my review. Upon first arrival to your properties Emily has forgot to bring the keys where i had to either reschedule or wait 30 mins outside the property for her to get the key, The form which you got me to fill out had spelling mistakes which showed how professional your company is. On this form with grammatical errors you put the option of "Self Employed" under tenant 4 and not under Tenant 1 or 2 After me informing you guys that I was self employed you refused to accept any proof of income apart from a Self Assessment which was impossible to complete in June as you should be aware On top of all of this Jack has chosen to Ignore us for almost a week via email and telling us that he will call back without ever doing so, knowing that our move in date was just a couple weeks away causing unnecessary stress for me and my partner. For these reasons your are fully deserving of the 1 star review I have left you

Hi Gustas, You made an offer on a property, stated that you’re employed when in fact, that’s not the case. As such, you failed references, and we were unable to move you into the rental property. It’s my first time renting through an agent. I must say Oaks Estate has been incredible from my viewing and moving into my flat. I will like to say a massive “thank you” to Joey. His profession has been amazing, he is very good at keeping you updated with the whole process from the start to the end. He kept his word and made sure everything was done smoothly. To have such a person take their time to explain the terms and consistent communication was outstanding. He understood the stress behind moving and made sure the transition was done perfectly. The company is incredible!!! The information given before hand was very useful and good to know the importance of renting. I will defiantly go to them when I buy my house. A honestly trustworthy company.

Lies over Lies

Do not use them if you want to buy a property. STAY AWAY I would recommend Mr. Okafor or Mr. Byrne to speak with their team and really define clear rules and teach them how to speak with people. They don't have even the basics. Save yourself time and money!!

I was very happy with the service I received from Oaks Estate Agents when selling my property. Dane was fantastic and really kept on top of everything. It went through so quickly, from offer to completion was just 6 weeks! Initially we were with another local agent and we had very few viewings, hardly any communication from them and no feedback. When we were finally able to leave them and move to Oaks the difference was amazing. We had loads of viewings, and Dane gave us great feedback. The communication from Oaks was fantastic and once we had accepted an offer it went so smoothly and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaks. Many thanks.

I have just started using the services of Oaks estate agents after many years of using an agent that was a let down. I cant say enough about how efficient the team are at Oaks, as soon as a property becomes available they take over and come up with a good offers after vetting the tenants and very quickly get everything signed up & ready, with no void period. Samyul Halfpenny has been a breath of fresh air, the paperwork is produced quickly for proof reading and once agreed it appears on Doc Sign and job done, any queries are quickly dealt with and no chasing from my end. Thank you Samyul and the team at Oaks.
