GoogleThe Team at Oaks Estate Agents, Streatham High Road SW16 did their best with utmost care about our predicament and supported us through it all. It was a difficult moment to get reference and ID for Tenancy agreement but for 14 days they held the property for us and ensure they stood between us and the Landlord. Victoria was in charge of the letting and she was very professional and ensure successful handover of keys despite not being in office, by assigning other team member to complete the process. At the end, it is now history and we have moved in at last. OO

GoogleFrom start to finish, Oaks were professional and truly engaged with what we, the customer, wanted to achieve. Prompt and always available, never once were we in the dark. The sale took a little longer than hoped (solicitors stuff) but they were superb the whole way through, ensuring we were kept up to date. Highly recommended

GoogleWe sold our house through the Oaks Streatham branch. Despite the first sale eventually falling through, James and Kane found us a buyer extremely quickly and negotiated a great price for us. The second attempt at securing a buyer took a little longer but we secured the sale relatively quickly and painlessly, which we were thankful for. The team were always responsive and helpful throughout the process, despite it being a less than straightforward journey. I'd recommend Oaks.

GoogleWe sold our home through the Streatham branch and thought James and his team did a fantastic job. We had a buyer lined up with a previous agent until it fell through in September 2022, after which we changed agent to Oaks. They managed to find a new buyer during a challenging time for the flat market and were amazing at staying on top of communications with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through asap - this was a point of service significantly lacking with our previous chose of agent. The team was very responsive and I felt always acted in our best interest. Would definitely recommend.
