Great reception from onsite representative, very friendly and understanding of customer needs and expectations. Barratt's clearly build high quality houses and equally concern themselves with landscaping and the eventual feel and look of their developments. We are very impressed with their aftercare package that ensures any build quality issues are resolved for a period of time after the development has completed.

The Sales team have been wonderful from the start of our purchase of the maidstone extra. Barratt merged with Oregon timber frame and now redrow. My experience of working there was very bad . They say they care for their employees mental and physical wellbeing which is total rubbish. Do not work there if you have a disability of any kind because they just do not care . They do not increase your pay if you get more qualifications like the combi lift truck . You do not get given the right tools to complete the tasks you are given .

I dealt mainly with one person, from the sales team, who was very supportive from start to finish. It was not the most straightforward move for me and at times I felt under pressure to complete the sale quickly when circumstances were not under my control. But the support and kindness from Tara and a couple of others at the time, and since completion, has been much appreciated. My new home is all I thought it would be. Thank you.

I am afraid if I could give no stars I would.So many problems and just told Barratts standard policy. Supposedly, came to rectify some of the issues and created even more!Certainly not the 5 Star builders they claim to be.
