We bought our first home on Rogerson Gardens, Cathy was absolutely amazing and so welcoming - whenever we popped by for measurements Cathy always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like no bother! The whole experience was seamless and we got our keys last Friday!We absolutely love our new home and the few minor snags that we had was picked up very quickly by Hazel in the customer care department and John our site manager. We haven’t even been in the property a week and lots of our snags have already been ticked off! We love our new Barratt Home and would happily recommend to friends and family!

New buyers are can be overwhelmed with the process of acquiring a property for the first time hence more and indebt explanation will be needed. Please do ensure that.Also, more time should be allocated with more explanation during the final home tour and handing over of keys.Please attend to the street lights in the estate as most of them are not working at night and the estate looks very dark which is not safe. Bought the house from barrats 7 years ago. Had endless problems like poor finish, plumbing issues, damaged stuff, nearly all windows had to be replaced as they were badly scratched. Took over 6 months to get them sorted chasing them every week. Still finding issues till now. They try to cut corners everywhere where they can. If i remember 2 or 3 plumbing companies were sacked due to lots of problems. Customer care after is terrible not existent. Been nearly forced by their on site customer care guy to leave 5 star review which i refused obviously. List goes on and on. They will be nice till they get your money.

Barratt focus was getting the house to legal completion and not the quality of the house ! Lack of care in terms of quality the internal and external finishes, areas of the kitchen / flooring are damaged. House was dirty on collection of keys ( Barratt did offer to clean it the following week- but should have been done properly first time ) - I paid for a professional snag report which has been useful as you only have 7 days after completion to report any damage - which is a long list !
