Julie in the sales office is excellent had answers to every question. Show houses are fantastic at giving you ideas but don’t be romanced by them as a lot I of the trimmings are extra ie Crome trim on tiles , Crome light switches . Ask lots and lots of questions and do your research before reserving your plot . But all in all so far service has been fantastic.Only at foundation stage at present.

If you want a house where the bath & shower leak through to the ground floor, where all the materials they were done with are buried in the garden or under your bathtub, where you are very likely to get mold because they havent bothered with ventilation, or just general corner cutting on workmanship and quality of products used - then try Barratts!

Terrible company. Full of lies all.the way throught. Left my young family without a useable garden for nearly two years and I had to pay to get it sorted. Used wrong paves on the road all growth coming through. Poor finishing . Gable out over 35 mm . The list is endless. Do not buy. Now barrats are messaging asking what the problems are ! Wow. The list is endless , total lack of customer care . Take the money and run these do! Leave my family with no usable garden for two years nearly. Ig our the reply below , no one has sorted anything.
