Great service from the get go!

Rob in the sales office of Pentref Llewelyn was fantastic. You can tell that he doesn't lack experience and will go above and beyond from the get go. The build is also completed to a very high standard and just looking at the show homes got us thinking about purchasing. Really looking forward to completing on the house and moving into the beautiful Barratt site.

Special from the moment I walked through the sales office. I didn't have an appointment but I was accommodated and understood the options available. I left feeling pretty certain I would buy my new home with Barratt. Buying a house is overwhelming as a first time buyer but the team Maria and Ash so far have been brilliant. I feel safe in their hands. I reserved my property almost a week later and although I'm still at very early stages I look forward to turning my new keys soon.

Excellent service

Just recently moved into my new home in Beverley. I can honestly say that the staff at Barratt went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Any minor issues were rectified promptly, professionally and with a smile. Staff offered to help with every aspect of the move. I never had to leave messages or wait for responses. It was usually within an hour. Particular note who deserve praise were Hollie and Beth in the sales team and Josh and Simon in site management. I had some reservation about buying a new build but I have been entirely satisfied thus far. A personal thank you to site manager Simon for making himself available personally to resolve issues and offer help, which I have taken him up on. Well done Barratt.

Don’t waste your money on Barratt

I would suggest that no one buys a home from these cowboys! I bought an apartment from them 2 years ago and the water always gets cut off for the whole development. Today we’ve been without water for over 12 hours! The apartments are also very cheap looking and cheaply made compared to other developers estates. If you want a high quality home, rather buy from the likes of Plaza Collection, Ecoworld etc. Barratt is cheap and faulty!Update: I can confirm that your customer service team contacted me to offer me zero resolution to this problem. It’s just part of buying a cheap home built by cowboys.

Excellent service from day one from the Fernwood Village Development. The staff were happy to discuss on going offers, with a special thank you to Val, who is the primary Barratt contact I worked with, going above and beyond by sending me photos of the property progression and keeping me up to date with all developments on my property. Val also arranged time for me to visit the property for measurements to get a head start on furniture ordering, with the project manager of the site being very helpful and informative also. Would definitely recommend this developer for future purchasers of New Build Properties.

We have had minor snagging issues, when this has happened, Lizz has arrived within minutes of the message. The issue has been sorted and the problem resolved. Lizz walks around the whole site every day, making sure we know she is there if needed. The moving in process is never easy, and you will always have bumps in the road, but the whole team at Bertone Gardens have made the difference. The house is beautiful and we are so happy we have moved into this estate. Thank you to all at Bertone Gardens.

No water in Barrat developments

In 3 years since I lived in a Barrat development I had so many days without water. All non-Barrat developments in the are have water we don't. It's been more than 12 h since we didn't have water when I write the feedback ina few hours will be 24h. Another thing is they barely pay for certain repairs. Barratt check the parking gate if you wonder what I am talking about.
