GoogleMy partner and I recently bought a house through Nicol & Co, and from the very start, they have been excellent. It was very easy to book a viewing, the listing was extremely professional and the communication was very good. For the purchase, we have had close contact with Leanne. She has been an absolute star throughout the entire experience. She kept us updated at all times, and really made a huge effort to keep everybody happy (despite differences of opinions). Even when we had enquiries about how to deal with our current accommodation, she was more than happy to assist us to make the whole process less stressful. GoogleWe found Tom from Nicol and Co. very professional and helpful, as well as being responsive to our emails and understanding of us being shift workers - he also managed to get our property sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market! Full of good ideas and suggestions as to how to make the property more sellable. Once our property was sold, we found Nicol and Co to still continue being helpful in giving us regular updates from our buyer's solicitors, as well as updates from the chain. All very friendly and approachable, and happy to explain everything to first time sellers! FacebookWhen your little one’s early vocabulary suddenly involves ‘Hi Hannah’- you know you’re getting lots of update phone calls, which is never a bad thing when trying to sell, locate or buy a house in a fast paced market. The Malvern office were so proactive. Erica and Charlotte sold our property and actively sourced our next, Hannah kept our chain progressing, heard our worries and spoke to us every few days (as well speaking to our buyer/seller and solicitors), and Simon went the extra mile to help our completion. Nicol and Co are doing things differently, and for us this worked brilliantly. The phone was always answered, we sold quickly, and our chain stayed on track and went through at a fast pace. The ready to sell service meant we had almost everything to hand for Conveyancing, and post completion care has been great.We definitely recommend Nicol and Co Malvern. Everything is well thought out from an experienced team, and tailored to your needs. We are very glad they could take some of the strain for us. Thank you.

Leanne was in contact with the whole chain throughout the process and really provided value for money in ensuring the deal happened when a builder in the chain was threatening to collapse it. GoogleWe recently sold our property through Nicol and Co. They were very professional and supportive from the start of the process and remained so throughout the time I was with them - which was a long time. We experienced difficulties with third parties as we were part ownership at the time, but Coral, Jessica, Evie and Odette were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us where they could and they were definitely worth the money paid. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property - especially if you own a part ownership. GoogleI recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought.
