GoogleWhen I first approached Nicol & Co to let out my property, they seemed really confident in how much money I could get for it a month (their estimate was so much more than I anticipated) and how quickly they'd find a tenant. I must admit I was sceptical but they were right - after hosting a live stream within the first week I had so many offers I had to whittle the list down to the ones I wanted vetted. Since the property has been let Grace has been fantastic. With the managed service they literally do everything which makes such a difference. I've let out a property before through another agency and it was a very different experience. I really cannot fault Nicol & Co and thoroughly recommend them.

We were very impressed with them from our first viewing of the house, through to completion. The various people we dealt with were friendly yet professional and extremely helpful. I felt that at various times during the process, they went well beyond what might be expected. Our attempts to move to the West Midlands took some months and during that time we viewed a lot of properties. Nicol & Co were undoubtedly the best estate agents with whom we had contact. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in and around Droitwich. My wife and I probably have one more move left in us and we would fully expect to instruct Nicol & Co in the distant future!

As a remote seller of a property (previously owned by a family member), they went out of their way to assist me to keep necessary visits back to the property to a minimum and were sensitive to the fact I was selling a home on behalf of someone else. I hadn't met Luke before but I knew his name because he had been pro active in mailing me direct at the last development we had. What impressed me the most was that Luke is a specialist in land.....he understand the property market too but he gets developments better than any other agent ive met. He sold off market and gained us an above market value. Since then he has provided his invaluable expertise on other sites I own so when I come to sell I will be using Luke at Nicols for those too. Luke understands the importance of nurturing long term relationships for everyone's mutual gain. We appreciate all his time and efforts in the smooth selling of our land.
