GoogleNicol & Co, and particularly our Sales Progressor Kat, have been fantastic! Kat held my hand throughout the whole process, she was great at keeping in touch regularly and was always a pleasure to speak to. I would definitely use Nicol & Co when we sell our property - unfortunately we used Purple Bricks, who did not even compare to the service offered by Nicol & Co (our vendors agents)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.

Worcester kept us informed throughout the whole process and were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. GoogleDealt with Alice, she was amazing all the way through the process. Very professional but personable at the same time. We were able to discuss any concerns we had and she totally understood where we were coming from. We needed a second viewing and this was arranged without an issue. Alice is also so enthusiastic in helping people find there perfect home we can't speak highly enough about her. She also represents what Nicols estate agents are about, the services they offer and tried to help at all stages.
