GoogleWe have just sold and purchased our new property through Nicol and Co. The process has been excellent throughout. We had sold our property after just over a week on the market and got some great advice from the Worcester team. Dan has been incredible throughout, answering our questions at literally any time of day or night at times, it’s felt like he would do anything to get us sold. Alice has been excellent communicating with us and our buyers, plus getting lots of people through the door and Matt spent a long time showing us around and talking us through the house that we have gone on to offer on. Plus lots of others have helped get us over the line in various ways - great experience, thanks Nicol and Co Worcester.

GoogleWe just bought a property through Nicol and Co Droitwich branch. House purchase is notoriously stressful however, we found the team in Droitwich to be at the top of their game. The link person there was Chloe who was in constant touch with both teams of solicitors and us making sure everything was running as seamlessly as possible.. customer service is widely talked about and rarely delivered in our experience...but exemplary service was our experience this time. Well done !!

GoogleOur experience so far with Nicol and Co has been amazing. They met us at the property on Easter Monday (and to make it worse we were late!). Heather, our viewing agent, was extremely friendly and patient with us as first time buyers and answered all our questions. i personally really appreciated the approach at the viewing. It was not pushy at all and we were given the time and space to fall in love with our new home! Top marks, would recommend!

GoogleWe used Nicol and Co, Droitwich to sell our late parents home. At the beginning of selling our house we were originally told they expected the house to sell within a few weeks and potentially had a buyer lined up. Infact it took over a year. Which we were disappointed by.
On a positive note however, Chloe at the Droitwich branch has been excellent. She has kept us informed step by step and has alway been on the end of the phone to answer any questions.

GoogleWe had viewed a number of properties with different agents before we ultimately purchased, and we were fortunate that it was via Nicol and Co.
From the very first viewing all the way through to completion, we were put at ease via their professional and friendly manner. Our Sales Progressor, Chloe, was incredibly helpful in managing all aspects of our transaction, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and going above and beyond to work with Solicitors and other stakeholders to achieve this. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicol and Co and shall look to partner with them in the future should we ever look to move.

GoogleI was very lucky enough to be asked to take part in the ‘Why Worcester’ campaign, Alice from the Worcester office organised a suitable time for Sujeeth to come over to the salon and do a fabulous marketing video. I’ve never been interviewed on camera before but Sujeeth made me feel so comfortable and created some wonderful done shots and footage of the salon, the video ended up generating over 7,000 views!! Thanks so much to Alice and Sujeeth, anyone that is asked to take part would be lucky to work with these guys!!! Thanks you again!
