GoogleOutstanding service right from the start! My journey with Nicol & Co estate agents began recently as I embarked on the exciting process of buying a new home. From my initial inquiry to our very first meeting, Alice and the team have demonstrated nothing short of excellence. Their attention to detail and willingness to guide me through every step of the buying process has been exceptional. Alice has been incredibly patient and informative, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences while offering valuable insights along the way. Although I'm only at the beginning of this journey, I already feel confident and supported knowing that I have Nicol & Co by my side. If the rest of the experience is anything like the service I've received so far, I have no doubt that it will be smooth sailing. Thank you, Alice and the entire team, for setting such a high standard of professionalism and customer care. I look forward to continuing this journey with you!

GoogleNicol and Co provided an outstanding service. We sold our own house in a different area, so were registered with Nicol and Co in Droitwich as buyers. The property market was a bit slow in 2023, so it took a long time for us to find the right house, but whilst we were looking, someone phoned every week to find out how we were getting on, suggesting things we might consider, without being pushy and trying to talk us into viewing something unsuitable. Once we had had an offer accepted, the team were extremely helpful, for example, arranging for contractors to provide quotes for remedial works, etc. The whole team was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I felt they were really pro-active and would have every confidence in them marketing a property on my behalf. Then, on the day, we had a lovely box of goodies to set us up - a lovely surprise. Thanks very much, everyone!
