GoogleWe used Nicol and Co, Droitwich to sell our late parents home. At the beginning of selling our house we were originally told they expected the house to sell within a few weeks and potentially had a buyer lined up. Infact it took over a year. Which we were disappointed by. On a positive note however, Chloe at the Droitwich branch has been excellent. She has kept us informed step by step and has alway been on the end of the phone to answer any questions.
Hi Ian, thank you for your review of our Droitwich team. We understand how important timing and efficiency are during such transitions and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We're delighted to hear that Chloe at the Droitwich branch provided you with excellent service throughout the process and it's great to know that Chloe's dedication and commitment to keeping you informed and addressing any questions were appreciated.

GoogleI was very lucky enough to be asked to take part in the ‘Why Worcester’ campaign, Alice from the Worcester office organised a suitable time for Sujeeth to come over to the salon and do a fabulous marketing video. I’ve never been interviewed on camera before but Sujeeth made me feel so comfortable and created some wonderful done shots and footage of the salon, the video ended up generating over 7,000 views!! Thanks so much to Alice and Sujeeth, anyone that is asked to take part would be lucky to work with these guys!!! Thanks you again!

GoogleWe can’t rate Nicol & Co highly enough! It has taken us almost a year to find our new forever home and we are so pleased it was with Nicol & Co in the end! Without fail, everybody has been approachable, understanding and efficient! The communication throughout the sale process has been second-to-none. The team were always happy to accommodate additional viewings even right up to the day before completion. We are indebted to Nicol & Co but especially Chloe, Niamh & Lucy-Jo. A lovely added extra was the card and gift box we received when collecting the keys!
