Both times I've been really impressed with the excellent communication keeping me informed each step of the way. As a buyer, the comms were far better than from my own solicitor at the time. As a seller, I've been really reassured by the professional presentation of their marketing, their heavy presence in the local area, and how they've helped to drive the process forwards on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Chloe kept on the case even after a buyer was found . She kept in touch with all the solicitors in the chain to keep the sale moving along. Nicol & Co just dont find a buyer , they keep involved with the sale to the finish line. This is not the case with all estate agents. I’ve dealt with a few over the years.
