Just sold our property via Naylor Powell. Wasn’t the easiest of sales (due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control) but we had excellent communication from Scott and Adam throughout. Would definitely recommend Naylor Powell.

Maggy & Chris Gardner cannot speak more highly about the efficient, courteous, & professional way that Naylor Powell Estate Agents dealt with the sale of my late father's house in Gloucester. The staff were always polite & very helpful, & we were kept well informed about the progress of the sale at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

Our experience with Naylor Powell was fantastic from start to finish, and we can't thank Niamh enough for her support throughout both the sale and purchase process. From start to finish, Niamh went above and beyond, her professionalism, proactive approach, and calm, reassuring presence made all the difference during what was a very stressful time as part of a complex chain. The team maintained excellent communication at every stage, kept us fully informed, and were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance. Highly recommend!

The ladies at Naylor Powell really were fantastic. Olivia was extremely professional and answered all of our queries without hesitation. She was by far the best agent we had engaged with throughout our house purchase. We will definitely use Naylor Powell next time because of her service. Once we agreed to purchase the house the transaction was handed over to Niamh. Niamh was equally very professional and was very good at communicating. The only area we felt could have been improved was we felt very pressured to exchange only one week before we were completing but believe this was likely down to our seller rather than the agent. Thanks again for everything and we are very happy in our new home!

I thought the service from Jasmine was brilliant whilst showing us round the properties we had viewings on. The viewings were followed up promptly the day after with a call to discuss our thoughts on each one and the next steps. It was all made very clear and helped us a lot given buying a house was a whole new environment for us.
