GoogleRecently purchased a house through Naylor Powell Gloucester. Excellent experience all around, from the very first phone call being answered quickly and politely to being promptly booked in for viewings and having all questions answered in detail (even questions that needed further clarification from the vendors were chased up and answered same day). But what really stood out as an above and beyond service was the sales progression after the offer was accepted - Helena was superb in keeping us and everyone involved updated and quickly solving any problems with documents and solicitors. We can’t thank the team at Naylor Powell Gloucester enough, with a special thanks to Helena for the excellent house buying experience we received.

GoogleThank you so much to Laurie and the entire Naylor Powell Quays team for finding a buyer for my apartment so quickly and managing the process efficiently through to completion. The team were absolutely fantastic throughout, demonstrating excellent communication, professionalism, and diligence at every stage. The involvement of a freeholder added an extra layer of complexity to the transaction, but Helena in particular was outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, exploring every possible avenue and leaving no stone unturned to help ensure the sale progressed successfully to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Naylor Powell Quays to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleExceptional effectiveness, efficient systems and customer service. Not least the dedicated administrator working once under offer to field queries and act as liaison between vendor and buyer. I have never heard of an estate agency that offers such high quality systems and work. And can't speak highly enough of my experience working with them.

GoogleToby at naylor powell has been amazing. Gone above and beyond.when some essential paperwork was required and neither buyers solicitor or mine were responding he called me directly for copy to send directly to buyers solicitor saving completion beig slowed down. I was not living in property when sale was going through and he kindly went in and checked property for me as i live in a different part of the country. Great job Toby. Cant thank you enough. Kathy
