28th May 2026: Reply to your amended review. It is a shame you have decided to amend your review after the hard work George put in to ensure the progression of your purchase went through smoothly. He regularly provided feedback and the initial glowing 5 star review you left was for him. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the property or the area but that is not down to us as the agent therefore I feel this amended review on our page is unfair. We are not at fault for any issues with the communal areas, these points should be raised with the management company not ourselves. Regarding the area itself, everyone has personal opinions but agreed we would expect all buyers to do their research before deciding whether the area they are buying is right for them. Hope you are ok after such incidents have occurred. I hope all goes well with the refurb and with your next move.
