I can only agree with all the other 5 star reviewers here. Jasmine has been just excellent from the first day of our meeting and throughout the whole process to completion. The communication has been consistently first class, always available when needed, being kept up to date with progress and all our questions answered speedily. Ruth was professional, kind and approachable. She was honest and upfront when valuing our property, informing us of her valuation amount very quickly. The team are incredibly quick at picking up the phone and responding to emails. Daisy is very friendly and also knowledgeable about the property that we viewed with her. The third team member we met (my apologies her name escapes me) when she took photographs and measurements at our property. NP are the Landlords for my sisters…

NP are the Landlords for my sisters rental in Gloucestershire. My sister has contacted them many times, the service has been extremely poor with no regard to ongoing problems, slow to do repairs and no regard for black mould. Totally indifferent. My sister also has problems with a new neighbour who plays loud music throughout the night. This has been reported to Environmental Health. NPs response was to tell her not to ring them! Environmental Health are now involved after 3 reported incidents. My sister is partially disabled and very vulnerable. Did NP check the new neighbours references. Please do your job as Landlords and protect the tenants
