I filled out the form to ask for a free valuation to sell my home via this company. I then received an email asking what time they could call me, I told them I was not allowed incoming calls during my working hours as it would get me fired. They phoned me during my working hours and right in the middle of my explaining my dire situation the man who phoned me rudely hung up on me and failed to call back so he hung up deliberately which was very rude and to a stressed out person like me that added insult to injury. Not very nice and I am far from impressed, it is poor business practice and disrespectful.

I understand our sales manager, Tom spoke with you about this matter on January 9th, but I wanted to provide a brief summary to ensure everything has been resolved. Following your referral through Property Investments UK (a 3rd party lead provider), we received your enquiry on December 21st along with your mobile number. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect with you before our office closed for the Christmas period on December 23rd. On December 30th, we received a call from you via your work landline, which inadvertently created a duplicate lead in our system. When we contacted you on January 2nd using the landline number, you advised us not to use it for communication. Unfortunately, the call was cut short due to a VOIP issue, and we were unable to confirm your preferred contact number. Regrettably, due to the duplicate records and the backlog from our holiday closure, we didn’t follow up as promptly as we should have. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. A good efficient service. I wanted to sell my property with the elderly tenants in situ without disturbing them. This was done well, only advertising to landlords interested in buying. There was always someone available to contact if needed and they kept me updated every stage of the sale.

I initially spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful and we quickly came to an agreement on price and fees etc. Following that they advertised the property and had a firm offer with deposit paid in September however the purchaser wanted the tenant to vacate, I left this totally in the hands of NR, they served notice on the tenant which ended 25/11/24. They were in contact with the tenant and helped her with relocation expenses as I had to stay out of the conversation. Clare handled this and the tenant moved and we completed on the 25/11/24. I am extremely happy with the service received and can thoroughly recommend National Residential.

My experience with National Residential has been a very positive one. I felt completely supported. People were always on hand to answer questions and queries. The team managed to sell my rental property without any hassle at all and managed to achieve as best a price possible for the sale. Claire made the selling process seamless which took the pressure off me as she did most of the communications between solicitors and the buyer. Overall, very happy with the experience and I would highly recommend National Residential if you're looking to sell a property.
