We have recently put a deposit down on a new House in churchfields standish, the property is in development and as we are living outside the uk this makes things a little more difficult, but we are delighted with the way things have been handled especially from there sales representative julie, nothing has been to much trouble and the knowledge and professionalism she has shown have made this big decision in our life so much easier, kind regards Colin and Ann

First of all, I've read all the conflicting horror stories about new builds, so, going into to our first ever new build property, we were a little nervous. Those nerves subsided very quickly, reason for that is Sandra in the Sales office. Sandra is amazing and very knowledgeable, she made us feel like we were in safe hands from the moment we walked in. 2 years later and I've simply no regrets. The house is amazing the neighbours are all lovely and the area is stunning. Sandra has also become very dear to us and we often stop to talk to her about anything and everything. We love this community and it's the house that brought us here.

I cannot begin to describe how overwhelming happy I am with the property and with the service we have received. We have both felt consistently informed and supported throughout the entire process, the communication has been excellent; we cannot thank Victoria and Sandra enough for there constant guidance throughout this process, you have made our small dream a reality! When it comes to quality, value, service and satisfaction this is the best developer and team we could ask for.

Egerton Development - staff amazing and really go the extra mile . Sandra has been my main point of contact; she is very balanced and genuine, professional yet friendly and full of warmth . She always responds to any queries straight away and is extremely experienced and knowledgable. Victoria has provided cover at weekends and has been equally as helpful. These staff clearly have excellent communication channels as they provide a seamless service knowing exactly where everything us up to in terms of progress with the purchase of the property. All information has been relayed in plain English so on sign up for initial deposit i fully understood all details of the process . I cant thank these lovely staff enough!

Brilliant Customer service department. Ask them to complete any snags and they sort it out. Not always straight away but as an when contractors are available. Sales staff on Broadacre site extremely good. No real faults on the house. Had a bit of problem with smells from the drains at first but this seems to have been rectified

Morris homes have shorted us out of 3 metres of land by putting our boundary fence in the wrong place. They accept it's in the wrong place but are not willing to rectify it. Disgraceful!

Finally moved into our new home. This is our first experience of purchasing a 'New build' so wasn't sure what to expect.The journey here was only possible through the hard working efforts of the sales team, in particular Lizette who has continued to provide a really positive after care service following our move.The property was itself ready to move into, including all blinds and carpets fitted which were a blessing. Yes, there is snagging required but, nothing that we regard as insurmountable. In a relatively short space of time the site manager and his team have already attended to a number of issues speedily and satisfactorily. Love the house, love the location and looking forward to many years of happiness and enjoyment.

We have been here for about 2 months now and were helped by the sales team throughout the process (Lizette in particular) from chasing estate agents and solicitors to ensuring everything went smoothly on completion day. The construction team have been very helpful in completing all the snags we raised and assisting us in clearing unwanted packaging. Construction traffic can be a bit of a nuisance at times but everyone has been very courteous. We’ll see how things progress as the build continues of two houses opposite.

Moved in June 21 and although a traumatic experience due to our solicitors failure, Morris Homes were brilliant in helping us. Very few snags, but these were dealt with immediately by the Site manager Tony. He always stopped to to check everything was OK. However He has moved on and the new Site Manager hasn't introduced himself as yet. Customer contact is key to Customer satisfaction. Tony knew this.Only complaint now would be the parking of the tradesmen is allover the occupied area, with trucks still using the road this could be moved to the area of the site which is under construction. Otherwise very happy with our new home.

We have bought our house but are yet to move in. The service we have received from Jan at the Bromborough site has been excellent. Jan has been lovely to deal with and is always there when needed nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend buying a house through Morris Homes.

Bought brand new build from Morris Homes in late 2021. As several others have reported below, the sales and completion process went through very smoothly, the home has a nice design and is built in a nice neighbourhood. Unfortunately, once in the house we noticed many faults and issues, ranging from decorative to structural, the majority of which were patently due to laziness and lack of care on the part of their contractors Sadly, aftercare from Morris Homes has been abysmal. Although they initially made efforts to rectify issues within the first two weeks of moving in, after that time they simply decided to stop replying to messages and on the rare occasion when they did bother to reply they simply assured us that they were looking into fixing our issues and would get back to us, which they never did. When I later challenged this poor service with customer care department, they offered few solutions and gave the distinct impression that they did not care.

We recently purchased a new home from Shelbourne Estates, part of the Morris Home Group. We are very happy with the house and the location is just beautiful. Both the Sales Manager and the Site Manger have provided '5 star service' and I would not hesitate to recommend them - nothing has been too much trouble. Wonderful service from a great team!

We recently purchased our new home in November last year from the developer Shelbourne estates, which is part of Morris homes. The customer care has been excellent from start to finish. The few snags that we reported were swiftly taken care of and resolved within a week. The sales assistant on site it wonderful and often calls to check everything is ok. The site manager is very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Overall we are very satisfied with our new home and would highly recommend them to anyone.
